Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to register in order to purchase from your website?

If you are only ordering CDs, there is no need to register, though you will still need to provide your name and address at checkout.

If you are ordering any downloadable products, you will need to register by providing an email address and choosing a username and password. This is so you can access your account page and download your purchased tracks. Registering is quick and easy, your details are only used to send you a confirmation email with details of your order - we never share any of your personal information with third parties and you will only receive further messages from us if you have signed up to our newsletter.

How do I download and listen to the tracks I purchased?

All your purchased tracks are always available by loggin into your account and clicking on "My Downloadable Products" from the menu on the left. Your list of tracks will appear in the centre. Click on the link within the title and click "Save" to select a location on your computer where you would like to store the track. The files are in .zip format. Modern Windows and Mac OS computers can open this type of file without the need for any additional software. In the unlikely event that your computer can't open .zip files, please download a free utility such as Zipeg.

To listen to the mp3 tracks, you can use any music player application, such as Windows Media Player or Quicktime. These should have come pre-installed with your operating system and will open automatically when clicking on an mp3 file.

How many times can I download my purchased tracks?

You can download your tracks up to three times, so please make sure you save your files locally, rather than opening them directly from your account every time you want to listen to them. The column titled "Remaining Downloads" in your "My Downloadable Products" page shows the number of remaining downloads available.

How do I burn my purchased tracks onto CD?

Both Media Player (PC) and iTunes (MAC) have built-in systems for creating audio CDs from a list of mp3 tracks. For instructions, please click on one of the following links:
